Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using the AVTF Technology website and provide context for the information and services described on it. If you agree, keep browsing; otherwise, feel free to discontinue browsing the website.
Throughout this document, "AVTF Technology," "AVTF," "we," "us," and "our" refer to AVTF Technology. "You" refers to the individual or organisation browsing the site or reaching out to AVTF through it.
1. What These Terms Cover
AVTF Technology maintains this website to share information about its technology solutions, products, capabilities, and services. Our work spans XR, AR, VR, MR, simulation, digital twins, artificial intelligence, 3D production, software development, game development, and digital marketing.
These Terms explain the rules for using the AVTF website. They do not represent the full set of conditions that may apply to services delivered by AVTF.
When a client brings AVTF on for a project, the two parties typically work out a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, purchase order, service agreement, or similar written document. That document carries the specifics of the engagement.
2. The Website and Our Services
This website gives you an overview of what AVTF does and the types of solutions we create.
Everything published on the site is meant as a general introduction to our work. None of it should be read as a project quote or a guarantee that a specific service is available for every requirement.
Submitting a message, enquiry, or request through the website doesn't, by itself, create a contract between you and AVTF.
On the basis of the projects, our work includes:
- AR, VR, MR, and other XR experiences
- Simulation and training environments
- Digital twin solutions and visualisation
- AI applications and conversational systems
- Website, mobile, cloud, and software development
- 3D modelling, animation, visualisation, and related production
- Game development and interactive experiences
- Digital marketing, SEO, content, social media, branding, CGI, VFX, and related creative services
3. Acceptable Use
We ask visitors to use this website responsibly and within the law. Where activity on the website raises a security, legal, or operational concern, AVTF may take reasonable action to protect the site and its users.
You agree not to:
- Access an account, system, server, or area you're not authorised to use
- Disrupt the website or try to make it unavailable to other visitors
- Introduce malware, harmful files, or malicious code
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect substantial amounts of site content without our permission
- Present AVTF's work, content, brand, or identity as your own
- Use material from the website to build a competing service or resource without our permission
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful or that infringes on someone else's rights
- Attempt to circumvent the technical or security safeguards protecting the site
4. Intellectual Property
Everything published on this website is either owned by AVTF Technology or used with proper permission from its owner. Being able to view this material on the site doesn't transfer ownership of it to you.
You're welcome to reference publicly available information about AVTF for legitimate personal or business purposes. Copying, republishing, selling, altering, distributing, or otherwise reusing our original material commercially requires permission, unless the law already grants you that right.
A client project can involve both client-owned material and AVTF-owned technology or assets. What happens to the ownership or usage rights of project deliverables is decided in that project's agreement. Simply using an AVTF tool, framework, asset, process, or other existing material during a project doesn't hand ownership of that material to the client.
This includes, where relevant:
- Written content
- Logos and brand elements
- Images, graphics, videos, and animations
- 3D models and digital assets
- Software and interface designs
- Visualisations and demonstrations
- Product and service materials
- Website design and other original content
5. Enquiries and Materials You Send Us
You can reach out to AVTF through the website to ask about our services, discuss a potential project, request information, or share material connected to a possible engagement.
Whatever you send us, it's on you to make sure you have the legal right to share it. For instance, if you send a design, image, document, video, dataset, logo, or other material that belongs to someone else, make sure you've secured the necessary permission first.
We may use the information you provide in an enquiry to understand what you need, evaluate the potential work, stay in touch with you, and put together a response or proposal.
Sending us material doesn't mean we've agreed to take on a project or that we've committed to using that material in any particular way.
If an enquiry turns into an actual project, how the submitted material can be used will fall under the relevant client agreement or confidentiality arrangement.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects sometimes rely on technology that comes from outside AVTF. Depending on what the work involves, this might include cloud platforms, APIs, software libraries, hosting providers, AI systems, development tools, analytics platforms, payment services, or other external technologies.
These providers set their own rules, licences, pricing, technical requirements, and availability.
AVTF is happy to work with third-party technologies where they fit a project, but we don't control changes that those providers make independently. If a third-party service plays a significant role in a project, we'll address the relevant responsibilities and requirements in that project's agreement.
7. Technology, AI, and Marketing Disclaimers
How a technology solution performs can depend heavily on the environment it runs in. Hardware, software, data quality, integrations, network conditions, user inputs, and external platforms can all shape the final result.
AI systems come with their own limitations, too. An AI-generated response might be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply not fit for purpose. If you're using AI output for something important, have a qualified person review it before acting on it.
XR experiences, simulations, digital twins, visualisations, and training systems are each built around specific requirements. None of them are meant to replace professional judgement, safety protocols, physical testing, or regulatory compliance where those matter.
The same caution applies to our digital marketing work. Search engines, ad platforms, social networks, audience behaviour, competitors, and market conditions shift independently of anything AVTF does. Because of that, you shouldn't assume a specific ranking, visitor count, lead volume, conversion rate, sales figure, or revenue outcome just from a general service description.
Any examples, demos, case studies, or results shown on this site are there to illustrate our capabilities. They're not a promise that your project will see the same outcome.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
AVTF may collect personal or business information when someone browses the website or gets in touch with us. How we handle that information is laid out in our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.
Use good judgement when sending confidential business details through a general enquiry form. If a conversation touches on sensitive technical information, proprietary material, business plans, or other confidential matters, AVTF and the other party can put a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement in place.
Information tied to a project may also fall under confidentiality clauses in a client agreement.
9. Client Agreements
This website offers a general overview of what AVTF can do. It's not meant to spell out every condition attached to an individual project.
If a project agreement includes terms that differ from what's stated generally on this website, the project agreement takes precedence for that project.
Once we've discussed and taken on a project, AVTF and the client typically work out details recorded in project documentation such as:
- What gets delivered
- What the client needs to provide
- Project milestones and timelines
- Fees and payment terms
- Review and approval stages
- How changes or revisions are handled
- Ownership and licensing
- Hosting, maintenance, or support
- Use of third-party technologies
- Project-specific confidentiality or termination terms
10. Liability and Indemnification
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but technology, services, specifications, availability, and other details can change.
The website may occasionally go offline due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or circumstances beyond AVTF's control.
What's published here is general information. Before making an important business or technical decision, talk to AVTF directly or consult another suitably qualified professional about your specific situation.
You're responsible for how you use this website and for the material you send us. If your use of the site or material you submit leads to a legal claim because you lacked the necessary rights or permissions, that responsibility stays with you to the extent the law allows.
Liability terms for a specific project may differ and will be set out in that project's client agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is meant to limit any responsibility that can't legally be limited.
11. Suspension and Termination
AVTF may restrict access to the website when there's a reasonable need to protect its systems, users, information, or operations. This might happen, for example, if we detect misuse, an attempted security breach, unlawful activity, or behaviour that disrupts the site.
We may also change, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website as our business and technology needs evolve.
If you're working with AVTF under a separate project agreement, ending that engagement will follow whatever terms were agreed for that project.
12. Changes to These Terms
Our website and services will keep evolving, and these Terms may need to change along with them.
When we update this page, we'll publish the revised version here and update the "Last Updated" date.
The updated Terms apply to your use of the website from the date they take effect. If you keep using the site after that date, you're agreeing to the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or your use of this website, the parties will seek to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. Where the dispute relates to a specific project or service, any dispute-resolution terms agreed upon in the applicable client agreement will also apply.
